Liang Lian's headquarters officially opened
Liang Lian's headquarters officially opened on June 27, 2015. The inauguration ceremony was attended by a well known and influential group of people. Special thanks to the Kaohsiung City Government, Vice Mayor Chen Jin-de, the Ambassador of Swaziland, H.E. Thamie Dlamini, and Lin Yuan Industrial Park Service Center, Director Huang Yu-Wen as well as many other enterprising guests who attended.
Liang Lian was established in 1995 and has been operating for 20 years. It has repeatedly expanded Renwu Plant according to business needs. The plant has been unable to meet the needs of Liang Lian's growth in business. In order to cut management and operations costs in the current highly competitive marketplace it was requisite to reorganize plant management and recognize the need to move operations to Lin Yuan Industrial Park. The new plant and office building cover approximately 55,079 square meters of land. The construction started on September 26 in 2013 and, after 21 months, was successfully inaugurated on 27, 2015. The new location has been immeasurably beneficial. Operational efficiency and effectiveness have been increased. The business now has the ability to seek out and retain clients worldwide. Liang Lian has grown significantly and will continue to grow in the global marketplace.
The new plant is located in the Lin Yuan Industrial Park. The majority of businesses in this park are major petrochemical companies, including CPC Linyuan Plant, Formosa Plastics Group, NPC, APC, Delta, TSMC, TPCC, UPC, OUCC, CAPCO and more. Liang Lian can easily provide services to these neighboring businesses. Wherever problems lie- design, construction, production, maintenance, etc. solutions can be implemented with speed and precision. The immediate proximity with these businesses would eliminate time consuming discussion back and forth. In house sandblasting and furnace heat treatment have been added to improve productivity and marketable advantages.
Liang Lian actively seeks to develop professional products and undertake OEM orders. The focus is toward more professional small and medium size EPC engineering services consisting of design, manufacture and construction. To undertake long term export business with foreign owners Liang Lian will actively engage and work with each foreign business on top of the existing team's diligent work. Opening the new plant has benefited the company with a new management, plant and equipment giving the ability to achieve first class operational and management performance.
Lin-Yuan New Plant
LLIC has been operating for 19 years since 1995, with numerous shop expansions to cope with business requirement. At present, the space available at Renwu Plant is no longer enough to meet what is required. In order to cut down on the management and operating costs under the prevailing environment of harsh competition, it is required to centralized all shop-fabrication work in one location for management purpose. Therefore, a piece of land with an area of 55079 square meters has been chosen in the Lin-Yuan Industrial Area as the location of LLIC's new plant and office building. As soon as the new plant is opened for operation in the near future, with expanded shop space and centralized management, LLIC is going to promote its business by actively undertaking overseas work and substantially increasing its work load and subsequently reflecting the effect and benefit of such a centralized, integrated operation.
At present, LLIC owns three fabrication shops at Ren-wu, Da-Fa, and Lin-Yuan, and one open-top shop for the assembly, packaging, and storaging of large size equipment. In addition, LLIC also has the certification of ASME, ISO 9001, domestic pressure vessel fabrication, and pressure vessel of China. Since the day LLIC is established, its constituent members have been professionals with lots of experience mainly in the areas of design, fabrication and erection, of pressure vessel, plant steel structure, piping, etc. for petrochemical plant, steel mill, and power plant.
Sole agent for the whole series of HAC's products (HAC : Harbin Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., )
After careful discussions and site visit of LLIC's fabrication shops, HAC( Harbin Air Conditioning Co., Ltd.,) and LLIC have agreed to establish a long term collaboration relationship. In January 2014, HAC and LLIC signed the "Sole Agent for Taiwan Area" Contract. From this date onward, LLIC will assist in promoting the whole series of products for HAC and will add in its business scope the fabrication work of air cooler. Both parties will conduct constantly mutual discussions, ideas exchange, inspection of marketing and promotion plans in order to sell the products and technology of HAC widely in Taiwan.
Harbin Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. is a China state-owned stock holding company with more than 60 years of history. Over the years, it has dedicated in design and fabrication of such energy-saving and environmental protection products as the air coolers for petrochemical industry, power substation, and the air-conditioning & heating equipment. Its products are widely used in oil refining, chemical, power, steel, and metallurgical industries. Presently, it owns a total land area of 320,000 square meters, and numerous branches and subsidiaries with 5 production bases in Harbin and Shanghai, China. It also has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Xian, Hohhot, Taiyuan, and Urumqi, in China. It has the total intellectual property rights over its company products which are extensively used by the three major oil and petrochemical companies and the five power-generating conglomerates in China, and even exported to countries like Singapore and Italy. LLIC is hoping to expanding its business range by taking advantage of different products territory of Harbin Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. as well.
